A taxidermy antelope witnesses the history of Angola, on a journey connecting the colonial ideologies of the past with those of the present. Based on a poem calling for a return to Angolan traditions and resources, the film contrasts these traditional ideas of nature and development with colonial notions brought by the Portuguese and Chinese.
