In a post-apocalyptic world devastated by a colossal earthquake, the Hwang Gung Apartments in Seoul stand as the sole survivor. Led by the enigmatic Yeong-tak, the remaining residents adopt a harsh regime, forcibly removing homeless individuals and enforcing strict discipline as solidarity within the community diminishes.
