The U.S. Army is clandestinely trying to remove the wreck of an airplane from an Icelandic glacier. A young Icelander, Elías, inadvertently stumbles upon the excavation and then promptly disappears. A ghastly, ugly, superficial and at the same time unbelievably insincere movie. It seems that Icelandic film, almost always sincere and dramatic (Rams, etc.) has been infected by the worst of Hollywood (no direction, no real drama, just going through the motions). Horrifying to think that Iceland has been infected with the US nonsense.
